Kingdom of Chess invites you to 1st Kingdom of Chess International Open Rating Tournament 2024. The inaugural edition is offering a first prize of ₹111000 and a total prize fund of ₹1501000. A total of 178 prizes including 109 cash and 69 trophies are up for grabs. Entry is FREE for GM, IM, WGM, WIM and players rated above 2300. The tournament will take place from 23rd to 27th October at Solitaire Garden and Banquets in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Over 150 players including two IMs have already registered. Last date for registration is 21st October 2024. So hurry up and register if you haven't yet. All tournament info photos are from tournament circular.

Kingdom of Chess is organizing the 1st Kingdom of Chess International Open FIDE Rated Chess Tournament, which is going to be one of the most premium chess tournaments of 2024. The tournament will be held from 23rd to 27th October in Udaipur. There are a total of 178 prizes, including 109 cash prizes and 69 trophies. The last date for registration is 21st October 2024. Schedule and Entry fee

Entry is free for GMs, IMs, WGMs, and WIMs and players above ELO 2300. For all players, the entry fee is ₹7500, for Rajasthan players it is ₹7000, and for Udaipur players it is ₹5000. An early bird discount of ₹1000 on accommodation is available for all players until 1st September 2024. A late fee of ₹500 will be applicable after 1st October 2024. The tournament will take place from Wednesday, 23rd to Sunday, 27th October 2024. The opening ceremony starts at 9 a.m.  For more details, please check the image below. Register here.

Prizes

The total prize fund is ₹1501000. The structure of prize distribution is very unique. There are three prizes above 1 Lacs such as first in Open Category is ₹111000, 1st in Below 1800 and Below 1600 is ₹101000 respectively.  A total of 178 prizes awaits. There are 50 open, 25 rating category, 10 unrated, 8 Veteran (50+), Top 10 for Kingdom of Chess, Top 3 for Rajasthan and Udaipur players.
